From the Director

OSHA's Hazard Communication Standard requires chemical suppliers to provide hazard information to the users of hazardous products in the form of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). This standard is also known as the "Worker's Right-to-Know" because of the additional requirement that MSDSs be readily accessible to workers in their work area during their work shift.
